F.A.Q.

Are Direct plans better than Regular plans ?

Certainly. Direct plans will have lower expense ratios and hence, will earn higher returns compared to its Regular counterpart. But make no mistake, Direct investors have tendency to give into the market volatility which may reduce their returns.

How do you earn money in WMA Trust Plan?

You pay nothing when you invest through us, because, we earn commissions from the Asset Management Companies. Our commissions are part of the mutual fund expense ratios.

Is there any recurring charge in WMX Direct?

A plan requires regular reviews, at least once a year, to make sure that the initial investment thesis still holds good, and if any course corrections are required. This is a chargeable service at INR 1,000/review. If your portfolio is in negative, then we don’t charge any money for the review, because we know the pain of having to pay money when the portfolio is in red.

What is a comprehensive financial plan ?

The plan shall consist the current Financial Health Check, Cash Flow analysis, Risk & Insurance Plan, Tax Plan, Goal Plan, Retirement Plan, Investment Plan & Guidance for Estate Planning.

How much do you earn ?

Although it varies from fund to fund, it is typically about 0.5% – 1% for Equity investments & 0.03% to 0.4% for Debt investments.

Do you advice on stocks ?

No. We dont. If we do any stock analysis, we may share with you but the analysis will not have buy/sell price or price projections. We are not SEBI registered stock advisors.
